During his computer engineering studies at Bergen University College, John Arthur co-wrote the prototype software that later became the original itslearning platform. He has seen the company grow from just a handful of people to hundreds of employees. Over the past 18 years he has held many positions and now is our Head of Strategy.

Morten was an advisor at Bergen County for over 5 and 1/2 years and has also worked at Bergen University College and University of Bergen.

### Samia Touileb Researcher - Media Technology & Innovation at University of Bergen

Samia Touileb is currently a researcher in MediaFutures, at the University of Bergen. Prior to this she was a postdoctoral student at the Language Technology Group (LTG), Department of Informatics, at the University of Oslo. She holds a PhD in Natural Language Processing (NLP) from the University of Bergen, and has been working within research in and applications of NLP for almost a decade.

Her main research interests are information extraction, sentiment analysis, bias and fairness in NLP, and applications of NLP and machine learning methods to tasks within social science research.
